Notes live on your Mac
Unli Rice To Do screen with demo projects Recipe Box and Garden Planner: one piece of work saved only on this Mac, a next step written in the project’s notes, four follow-ups suggested by Claude, Codex and ChatGPT with Done and Fix with AI buttons, and finished work not yet merged
Unli Rice 1.3 with a demo vault, no real projectsProduct screenshot
  1. Not backed up. Work in a granted project folder that exists only on this Mac.
  2. Next step. What the project’s own notes say should happen next.
  3. Suggested by AI. Follow-ups an assistant filed, with who suggested them and when.
  4. Not merged yet. Finished work that isn’t part of the main version.
  1. 01
    Identity, intent and guardrails

A profile and house rules every connected assistant reads at the start of a session.

  2. 02
    Status from the work itself

Read from the folders you grant and the branches each repository already knows. It doesn’t fetch or count commits.

  3. 03
    Propose, never apply

Notes are append-only and conflicts are flagged for a person. It never edits another tool’s configuration; you paste a block yourself.

Audio stays on the phone

Built because I rarely have two free hands — my son follows me around like a shadow, and typing an idea one-handed usually means losing it.

Photos & storage

One photo engine, two apps.

iPhone · iPad

ClearSpace

Biggest photos and videos first. Heart the keepers, clear the rest.

Price
Free to review; bulk clearing $9.99, once. Family Sharing.
Data
On-device, no account
ClearSpace on iPad: a photo grid with each file’s size, and the selected waterfall photo open beside it ClearSpace on iPhone: the full timeline sorted biggest first, with 4,535 unhearted items totalling about 22 GB
  1. 01
    Codec-aware size, not pixel count

Size is estimated from each file’s codec, dimensions and duration, so a 40,000-item library sorts without opening a file.

  2. 02
    Non-destructive by design

Every deletion goes to Recently Deleted, with 30 days to undo.

  3. 03
Grid and photo side by side

On iPad, a tapped photo opens beside the grid.

Mac

Unli Disk

Map what fills your Mac, including developer caches and photo libraries.

Price
$14.99, once. Includes ClearSpace Pro.
Data
On-device
Unli Disk on Mac: a disk map of 456 GB used, a note that 4.24 GB is safe to remove now, and a directory breakdown with reclaimable space
  1. 01
    Not just folder sizes

Finds orphaned Git repositories and developer caches, not just large folders.

  2. 02
    Trash only, never unlink

Every deletion goes through the macOS Trash.

  3. 03
    Signal, not a model

Duplicates and blur are found with a perceptual hash, Apple Vision feature prints and a blur score. An on-device vision model was tried and cut.

Wedding planning

Wedding Concierge on iPad: the concierge adds a guest, then suggests bus rental operators in Taguig with capacities and a starting price Wedding Concierge on iPhone: the planning board with 487 days left, the venue and photographer booked, and the guest list, seating and budget still open
  1. 01
    Grounded, not generative

Venue and vendor picks come from Apple MapKit and Google Places, not the model’s memory.

  2. 02
    No key in the app

Cloud calls go through a relay that holds the API key. On-device models were tried and pulled; it runs Gemini Flash.

  3. 03
    Local-first, minimal data

SwiftData and CloudKit sync plans across devices. No backend database.
