Shuttle Vision

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

The short version

Shuttle Vision collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, and no server the app talks to. Every rally it scores, every clip it records, and every rig it pairs happens on your own devices, and nothing about your match ever leaves them except to your own phone's Photos library when you choose to save a clip.

What we don't collect

  • Video and footage — camera capture, rally clips, and replay buffers are processed and stored entirely on-device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
  • Personal information — no name, email, or contact details are collected, unless you choose to email us for support. Player and team names you enter for scoring stay on your device.
  • Location — not collected or read.
  • Usage analytics — Shuttle Vision has no analytics SDK, first-party or third-party. We cannot see how you use the app, and we don't try to.
  • Advertising identifiers — not read. Shuttle Vision carries no ads and no ad framework.

Camera and photo library

Shuttle Vision uses your camera to track rallies and generate slow-motion replay, entirely on-device. Saving a rally clip writes it to your own Photos library through Apple's PhotoKit, at your explicit action — the app never uploads or transmits footage anywhere else.

Local network and multi-device pairing

Pairing two or three phones into a rig, and syncing tournament scores across courts, happens directly between your own devices over MultipeerConnectivity — Bluetooth and local Wi-Fi, with no internet connection and no server in between. Local Network permission is used only to discover those devices; nothing leaves your court. This traffic is not separately encrypted, the same way a scoreboard shouted across a net isn't — it's readable only to devices in range during your match, never sent anywhere beyond it.

Purchases

The lifetime Shuttle Vision Pro unlock is a one-time in-app purchase, handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your payment details — Apple processes the transaction and tells the app only whether it succeeded.

Data sharing

There is nothing of yours to share, because nothing is collected. The only party involved at all is Apple, for purchase processing and for delivering the app itself.

Data retention

Match state, rosters, and calibration are stored only in the app on your own device, the same way any iOS app remembers a setting. Removing the app removes them.

Children's privacy

Shuttle Vision is not directed at children under 13, and since it collects no personal information from anyone, none is collected from them either.

Your rights

  • Nothing to access or export — we hold no data about you to hand over.
  • Delete — removing the app removes every local match, roster, and clip it kept.
  • Camera, Photos, and Local Network permissions — grant or revoke at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

Third-party services

Shuttle Vision uses Apple's AVFoundation for camera capture, PhotoKit for saving clips, MultipeerConnectivity for offline device pairing, and StoreKit for the one in-app purchase. Nothing else.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes — for instance, if a future version adds analytics or a network feature — that change will be reflected here first, and called out in the App Store release notes.
